CHIP VERIFY is a state-of-the-art solution for the verification of identity documents. The technology seamlessly communicates with virtually all electronic, i.e. chip-equipped, travel documents, verifying their authenticity and integrity and uncovering cloned documents. It not only displays the photo of the ID holder, but also the personalization stored in the chip, thus ensuring maximum security during identity checks.

How CHIP VERIFY Works

The CHIP VERIFY technology carries out a standardized document check in accordance with ICAO 9303 and can check identity documents from over 100 countries. It supports police forces in particular, but also border control officers or security services. CHIP VERIFY enables fast and reliable verification of electronic ID documents for their authenticity, issuer and possible manipulations. The solution can be installed as an app on existing work phones – no additional devices are needed. The mobile phone’s NFC antenna communicates with the chip of the ID document in question.
