About BMIC 2024

The Conference on Technical Cooperation & Capacity Building for Border Management and Identity (BMIC) is hosted by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the Asia Pacific Smart Card Association (APSCA). The event has become Asia’s largest government meeting, bringing together national government authorities specialized in Immigration, Home Affairs, Border Control, Civil Registration and more.

The BMIC platform allows stakeholders from these areas to share information on the most recent developments in border and identity management and includes an exhibition of the latest solutions and technologies. BMIC is held at the AVANI Riverside Bangkok Hotel in Thonburi, Bangkok, Thailand.
